51st Circuit Court sentencings, published Dec. 20, 2024

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Holder

– Lige Lewis Holder, 23, pleaded guilty May 21 to possession of heroin, cocaine or another narcotic and methamphetamine/ecstasy possession in two separate files. He pleaded guilty Nov. 12 to two more counts of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession in two separate files. Holder was sentenced in all four files Dec. 17 to concurrent terms of two to 20 years in prison with credit for 192 days served in jail and $198 in fines and costs.

Holey

– Zada Ann Holey, 29, pleaded guilty Oct. 17 to second-offense possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy and was sentenced Dec. 17 to 244 days in jail with credit for 244 days served and $398 in fines and costs. 

Fenner

– Bryan Scott Fenner, 33, pleaded guilty Oct. 17 to third-degree fleeing police and was sentenced Dec. 17 to 45 days in jail with credit for three days served; two years probation; and $658 in fines and costs. One count of open alcohol container in vehicle was dismissed.

Spalding

– Holly Marie Spalding, 48, pleaded guilty Oct. 15 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and domestic violence  and was sentenced Dec. 17 129 days in jail with credit for 129 days served; two years probation; and $648 in fines and costs.

Farmer

– Jason Joel Farmer, 36, pleaded guilty Oct. 15 to breaking and entering of a building with intent and malicious destruction of fire/police property and received a delayed sentence Dec. 17 of 152 days in jail with credit for 152 days served; 11 months probation; $2,500 in restitution; and $726 in fines and costs. A delayed sentence hearing is set for Nov. 18, 2025.

Moses

– Stephanie Michelle Moses, 28, pleaded guilty Oct. 15 to interfering with an electronic monitoring device and domestic violence and received a delayed sentence Dec. 17 of 72 days in jail with credit for 72 days served; 11 months probation; and $708 in fines and costs. A delayed sentence hearing is set for Nov. 18, 2025.

Jacobs

– Andrew Wilbur Jacobs, 40, pleaded guilty Oct. 15 to possession of heroin, cocaine or another narcotic and was sentenced Dec. 17 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. One count of methamphetamine/ecstasy possession was dismissed.
