Douglas Huggard

Douglas John Huggard, 74, of Ludington, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2024. Doug was born on April 25, 1950 in Midland, the son of John Huggard and Dawn Fisher.

Doug was a collector of John Deere memorabilia and loved watching television. He especially enjoyed watching John Wayne movies with his family. He always looked forward to spending the holidays with those he loved. Watching his daughter, Becky, and her family, decorate brought him so much joy.

Doug is survived by his daughters, Becky (Joe) Cook, Tina (Russell) Gee, and Serena Huggard; grandchildren, Kristina (Devan) Cook, Bran (Trinitea) Cook, Felisha (William) Battice, Teresa (Steve) Campbell, Courtney (Kyle) Cool, Sarah (Beto) Ramirez, Egypt Berghuis, Jacob Berghuis, Brittany Medema, Bianca Kirk, and Cody Ray; siblings, Kitty (Rick) Schwass, Dixie Spore, and Rick (Shana) Huggard; and many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Doug was preceded in death by his father, John Huggard; stepmother, Jean Huggard; mother, Dawn Fisher; siblings, Rocky Huggard, Jeff Huggard, Bob Huggard, and Sherry Huggard; and brother-in-law, Russ Spore.
