Deputies busy with crashes

The following is recent activity of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office:

Friday, Nov. 29, 2024:

• 11:16 a.m., one-vehicle rollover crash, no injury, Custer Road north of Decker Road, Sherman Township.
• 12:50 p.m., one-vehicle rollover crash, no injury, Custer Road south of Kinney Road, Eden Township.
• 3:38 p.m., one-vehicle crash, no injury, Custer Road north of Freeman Road, Free Soil Township.
• 10:03 p.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Lakeshore Drive north of Meisenheimer Road, Summit Township.

Saturday, Nov. 30, 2024:

• 5:45 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Stiles Road south of Hansen Road, Amber Township.
• 3:59 p.m., a 38-year-old Scottville man was arrested on an outstanding Mason County failure to appear warrant, 300 block of Crowley Street, City of Scottville.
• 4:43 p.m., a 43-year-old Fountain woman was arrested after she turned herself in on a felony larceny issued in Mason County, Mason County Jail, City of Ludington.
• 9:08 p.m., a 54-year-old Scottville man was arrested for domestic violence following a 911 call reporting an assault, 100 block of South Gordon Road, Amber Township.

Sunday, Dec. 1, 2024:

• 2:08 p.m., hit-and-run crash, no injury, US 10 and Walhalla Road, Branch Township. An unknown vehicle slid off the road and struck two road signs.
• 5:37 p.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Hansen Road east of Dennis Road, Amber Township.
• 6:22 p.m., car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 west of Stiles Road, Amber Township.
• 8:31 p.m., car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 freeway north of Oceana Drive, Summit Township.
