51st Circuit Court sentencings, published Nov. 21, 2024

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Rose

– Tina Ann Rose, 44, pleaded “no contest” Sept. 24 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Nov. 12 to nine months in jail with credit for 98 days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs. One count of controlled substance possession — cocaine, heroin or another narcotic was dismissed.

Morley

– Brennan Todd Morley, 24, pleaded guilty Oct. 8 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Nov. 19 to 45 days in jail with credit for two days served; three years probation; and $1,133 in fines, costs and restitution. One count of driving while license suspended was dismissed.

Carroll

– Steffanie Lynn Carroll, 37, pleaded guilty Oct. 8 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and domestic violence and was sentenced Nov. 19 to 10 days in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $575 in fines and costs. A second count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police was dismissed.

Perkins

– Tiffany Danielle-Liddell Perkins, 42, pleaded guilty Oct. 8 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Nov. 19 to two days in jail with credit for two days served and $1,541 in fines, costs and restitution.
