LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
-William Paul Andres, 49, pleaded guilty on November 13 to a reduced charge of operating a vehicle without a license on person and was sentenced to three days in jail and $300 in fines/costs. The original charge of second offense operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
-Garrett William Etengoff, 25, pleaded guilty on November 13 to a reduced charge of operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor and was sentenced to one day in jail, must complete alcohol highway safety education, and $600 in fines/costs. The original charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
-Beau Calvin McGee, 43, pleaded guilty on November 13 to trespassing and was sentenced to three days in jail and $310 in fines/costs. A charge of public intoxication was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
-Joseph Chaffee, 34, pleaded guilty on November 13 to two counts of general violations of wildlife conservation and was sentenced to pay $1,250 in fines/costs. A charge of illegally taking deer/bear/turkeys was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
-Tracy Chaffee, 59, pleaded guilty on November 13 to two counts of illegally taking deer/bear/turkeys and was sentenced to pay $2,250 in fines/costs. An additional county of illegally taking deer/bear/turkeys and three counts of general violations of wildlife conservation were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
-Ronald Bradley Goss, 48, pleaded guilty on November 12 to baiting deer in a restricted county and was sentenced to pay $385 in fines/costs.
