LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Smith
-Rob Roger Smith, 31; two counts of second-degree home invasion; arrested Aug. 16 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 31; preliminary hearing: Nov. 20; bail: $100,000 cash.
Fitch
-Donald Glenn Fitch, Jr., 42; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested Sept. 29 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 5; preliminary hearing: Nov. 20; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Dickenson
-Ronald Alan Dickenson, 51; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested Oct. 15 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 5; preliminary hearing: Nov. 20; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Phippen-Oconnell
-Muzette Elizabeth Phippen-O’Connell, 52; two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, misdemeanor charges of election law polling place violation and assault & battery; arrested Nov. 5; arraigned Nov. 6; preliminary hearing: Nov. 27; bail: $500/10 percent. -Ashley Ann Moody, 31; unlicensed dog and allowing a dog to run stray; date of offense: Aug. 6; arraigned Oct. 31; pretrial: Nov. 25; bail: $125 cash.
-Michael Alan Burnham, 66; failure to report an accident; arrested Oct. 22 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Oct. 31; pretrial: TBD; bail: personal recognizance.
-Abigail Lee Mata, 24; reckless driving; arrested Oct. 24 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 31; pretrial: Nov. 25; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
