LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
-Stacey Lynn Black, 60, pleaded guilty on Nov. 6 to a reduced charge of operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor and was sentenced to 93 days in jail (suspended sentence), must not buy/have/use alcohol or controlled substances, subject to random PBTs and drug tests, and $780 in fines/costs. The original charge of operating while intoxicated was dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
-Anthony Christian Davis, 34, pleaded guilty on Nov. 6 to disorderly drunk person and was sentenced to two days in jail and $250 in fines/costs.
-Sadie Kayarolynn Bentley, 33, pleaded no contest to operating a vehicle while intoxicated and pleaded guilty to reckless driving on Nov. 6 and was sentenced to one day in jail and $400 in fines/costs.
-Tonya Marie Witman, 47, pleaded guilty on Nov. 6 to a reduced charge of larceny less than $200 and was sentenced to two days in jail and $250 in fines/costs. The original charge of larceny between $200 to $1,000 was dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
