Police investigate break-in

SHERIDAN TOWNSHIP — The Mason County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a break-in to a residence in the 2300 block of North 28th Street reported Wednesday, Nov. 6, around 12:30 a.m., according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The sheriff’s office also investigated a larceny from a vehicle in the 2200 block of North 32nd Street in Sheridan Township, said Sheriff Cole. “The complainant reported items stolen from a vehicle.”

  • 7:16 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 east of Bean Road, Custer Township.
  • 7:45 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Lakeshore Drive north of Kistler Road, Summit Township.
  • 7:45 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Third and Madison streets, Village of Custer.
  • 8:58 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Hansen Road west of LaSalle Road, Amber Township.
  • 1:43 p.m., car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 west of Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 2:37 p.m. car/deer crash, no injury, Custer Road south of Sugar Grove Road, Sherman Township.
  • 5:57 p.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Reek Road south of Dewey Road, Sherman Township.
