Shaw defeats Cain in Ludington 5th ward council race

LUDINGTON — Mike Shaw has defeated incumbent Wally Cain in the Ludington City Council fifth ward race 263-176. Shaw will take office on Jan. 1, 2025. Cain has held the seat for the past four years.
