Felonies
Watson
-Jordan Robb Watson, 30; aggravated stalking; date of offense: May 13; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 23; preliminary hearing: Nov. 13; bail: $10,000 cash.
Martin
-O’dell Eugene Martin, 44; two counts of failure to pay child support/leaving the state; date of offense: Jan. 1, 2021; arraigned Oct. 21; preliminary hearing: Nov. 6; bail: $10,000 cash.
Monroe
-Brenden Jeffery Monroe, 37; assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder; date of offense: Oct. 16; arrested by Michigan State Police; arraigned Oct. 17; preliminary hearing: Nov. 6; bail: $10,000/10 percent.
Hendrick
-Nicole Anne Hendrick, 38; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); date of offense: Oct. 13; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 17; preliminary hearing: Nov. 6; bail: $10,000 cash.
Hernandez
-Brittany Leigh Hernandez, 35; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), possession of a controlled substance (analogues), and bringing contraband into a jail/prison; date of offense: Oct. 21; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Oct. 22; preliminary hearing: Nov. 6; bail: $7,500/10 percent.

-Eric William Carroll, 40; uttering and publishing; date of offense: Sept. 18; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 23; preliminary hearing: Nov. 13; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Bernard Cornelius Heflin, II, 37; possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine); date of offense: Aug. 4; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Oct. 20; preliminary hearing: Nov. 6; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Feliczak
-Bruce James Feliczak, 74; two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon; date of offense: Oct. 22; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Oct. 23; preliminary hearing: Nov. 13; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

-Cassandra Marie Kissell, 44; allowing a suspended person to operate a motor vehicle; date of offense: Sept. 30; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 17; pretrial: Nov. 18; bail: personal recognizance.
-Oene Peter Pomper, 62; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); date of offense: Oct. 3; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Oct. 17; pretrial: Nov. 18; bail: personal recognizance.
