51st Circuit Court sentencings, published Oct. 18, 2024

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced this week in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Martinez

– Geni Brandy Martinez, 48, pleaded guilty Aug. 27 to receiving and concealing stolen property and was sentenced Oct. 15 to one year in jail with credit for 123 days served; three years probation; and $398 in fines and costs.

Johnson

– Alexa Marie Johnson, 29, pleaded guilty Aug. 27 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Oct. 15 to 10 months in jail with credit for 29 days served; three years probation; and $198 in fines and costs. One count of possession of cocaine/heroin or another narcotic was dismissed.

McDonald

– Timothy John McDonald, 64, pleaded guilty Aug. 27 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Oct. 15 to serve 45 days up front of a 60-day jail term with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $398 in fines and costs.

Davis

– Angelina Nikole Davis, 32, pleaded guilty Aug. 27 to interfering with electronic communications and domestic violence and received a delayed sentence Oct. 15 of two days in jail with credit for two days served; 11 months probation; and $508 in fines and costs. A delayed sentence hearing is scheduled for Sept. 16, 2025.

– Gary Allen Jacobsen, 35, pleaded guilty Aug. 27 to analogues possession and was sentenced Oct. 15 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $398 in fines and costs.
