LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
– Regina Marie Rivard, 29, pled guilty Aug. 27 to third-degree child abuse and was sentenced Oct. 8 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $458 in fines and costs.
– Cora Jean Libby, 56, pled guilty Aug. 27 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced Oct. 8 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $398 in fines and costs.
– John Eddie Reynolds, 30, pled guilty to larceny in a building and malicious destruction of a building over $200 and was sentenced Sept. 24 to 14 days in jail with credit for 14 days served; three years probation; and $1,719 in fines, costs and restitution. Charges of disturbing the peace and trespassing were dismissed.
– Jennifer Lynn Prochaska, 38, pled guilty Aug. 20 to possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced Sept. 24 to 121 days in jail with credit for 121 days served; two years probation; and $448 in fines and costs.
– Brandon Matthew Jablonski, 32, pled guilty June 11 to weapons — felony firearm and weapons — possession of ammunition by a felon and was sentenced Sept. 24 to consecutive terms of two years in prison and 20 months to five years in prison.
– Michael Lee Spalding, 47, pled guilty July 9 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and open intoxicants and was sentenced Sept. 17 to 30 days in jail with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $1,283 in fines and costs.
– Tara Lynn Hillier, 36, pled guilty July 9 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Sept. 17 to 30 days in jail with two days credit; two years probation; and $1,133 in fines and costs.
– Harold Ray Collins, 44, pled guilty July 9 to failure to pay child support and was ordered to serve 11 months probation and pay $4,946 in fines, costs and restitution. A delayed sentence hearing is set for Aug. 26, 2025.
– Jason Bonham Horb, 30, pled guilty July 9 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and assault and battery and was sentenced Sept. 17 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 18 months community service; and $458 in fines and costs.
– Stephen Allan Lange, 51, was found guilty of probation violation Sept. 17 and was sentenced to three years to seven and a half years in prison with credit for 217 days served and $648 in fines in costs. Probation stems from March 1, 2022 convictions of aggravated stalking and domestic violence.
– Jeremy Lynn Wilson, 49, pled guilty June 25 to harboring felons and was sentenced Sept. 17 to 16 days in jail with credit for 16 days served; three years probation; and $398 in fines and costs.
– Brant William Slade, 49, pled guilty May 28 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Sept. 3 to 69 days in jail with credit for 69 days served; two years probation; and $658 in fines and costs.
– Eric Joseph Emory, 38, pled guilty to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Sept. 3 to 15 months to 20 years in prison and credit for 226 days served in jail and $198 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
– Zachery Ryan Wicinski, 30, pled guilty June 25 to assault with a dangerous weapon and carrying a concealed weapon and was sentenced Sept. 3 to one year in jail with credit for three days served; three years probation; and $726 in fines and costs. One count of felony firearms was dismissed.
– Steven Paul Beebe, 59, pled guilty June 25 to assault with a dangerous weapon and was sentenced Sept. 3 to 113 days in jail with credit for 113 days served; three years probation; and $498 in fines and costs. In a second file, Beebe pled guilty to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Sept. 3 to a concurrent term of 111 days in jail with credit for 11 days served; three years probation; and $198 in fines and costs.
– Dwight Robert Hall, 39, pled guilty July 9 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and open intoxicants and was sentenced to five months in jail with credit for three days served; three years probation; and $1,383 in fines and costs.
– Colton Day Outcalt, 34, pled guilty June 11 to methamphetamine possession and analogue possession in separate files and was sentenced Sept. 3 to seven days in jail with credit for seven days served; two years probation; and $398 in fines and costs in the first file and $598 in fines and costs in the second file.
– Adam Troy Russell, 51, pled guilty June 14 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Aug. 27 to one year and one day to 20 years in prison with credit for 416 days served in jail and $198 in fines and costs. Russell pled guilty to methamphetamine possession in a second file June 14 and was sentenced Aug. 27 to a concurrent term of one year and one day to 20 years in prison with credit for 418 days served in jail and $198 in fines and costs.
– James Robert Wicks, 57, pled guilty June 25 to aggravated stalking and was sentenced Aug. 27 to four to 20 years in prison with credit for 135 days served and $198 in fines and costs. Wicks pled guilty June 25 to delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and was sentenced Aug. 27 to a concurrent term of 10 and a half years to 50 years in prison with credit for 133 days served and $198 in fines and costs.
– Kirk Richard Hansen, 57, pled guilty June 25 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Aug. 27 to six months in jail with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $1,033 in fines and costs.
– Daniel Lee McClure, 37, pled guilty June 25 to possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced Aug. 27 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 18 months probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
– Alicia Marie Ostby, 38, pled guilty May 7 to embezzlement $20,000-$50,000 and received a delayed sentence Aug. 20 of two days in jail with credit for two days served; 11 months probation; restitution of $22,968.67; and $458 in fines and costs. A delayed sentencing hearing is set for July 15, 2025.
– Ricky Lee Hendrickson, 55, pled guilty June 11 to methamphetamine possession and analogue possession in one file and was sentenced Aug. 20 to concurrent terms of two to 14 years in prison with credit for five days served in jail and one year and one day to three years in prison with credit for five days served and $266 in fines and costs. In a second file, he pled guilty June 11 to methamphetamine possession and bringing contraband into the jail and was sentenced Aug. 20 to concurrent terms of two to 15 years in prison with credit for seven days served and two to seven and a half years in prison with credit for seven days served and $266 in fines and costs.
