LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Hendrickson

-Tyler Austin Hendrickson, 30; armed robbery; arrested Sept. 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 1; preliminary hearing: Oct. 16; bail: $50,000 cash.

Malone

-Travis William Malone, 29; armed robbery; arrested Sept. 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Oct. 1; preliminary hearing: Oct. 16; bail: $50,000 cash.

Hottum

-Michael Scott Hottum, 51; assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault) and felony firearms; arrested Sept. 29 by Ludington Police; arraigned Sept. 30; preliminary hearing: Oct. 16; bail: $50,000 cash.

Ritchey

-Jeremiah Eathan Ritchey, 47; larceny between $1,000 to $20,000 and receiving/concealing stolen property between $1,000 to $20,000; arrested Dec. 11, 2023 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 22; preliminary hearing: Oct. 9; bail: $50,000 cash.

Lawrence

-Joshua Jacob Lawrence, 40; two counts of uttering and publishing; arrested May 31 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 27; preliminary hearing: Oct. 9; bail: $10,000/10 percent.

-Ted Robert Soltow, 65; aggravated stalking; arrested Sept. 21 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Sept. 27; preliminary hearing: Oct. 16; bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Petry

-Keith Thomas Petry, 52; two counts of failure to pay child support; date of offense: Oct. 1, 2017; arraigned Sept. 27, 2024; preliminary hearing: Oct. 16; bail: $5,830.13 cash.

Milton

-Earnest Milton, 43; assault to do great bodily harm less than murder, third-offense domestic violence, and fourth-offense habitual offender; arrested June 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 29; preliminary hearing: Oct. 16; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Robinson

-Charles Bernard Robinson, 47; second-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim between ages 13-17); offense date: Jan. 1, 2020; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 27; preliminary hearing: Oct. 16; bail: $500/10 percent. In a separate case, Robinson is charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct (multiple variables) and second-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim between age 13-17); offense date April 1, 2022; arrested by Ludington Police; arraigned Sept. 27.

Holmes

-Anthony Santenio Holmes, 35; two counts of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer and third degree retail fraud; arrested Sept. 27 by Ludington Police; arraigned Sept. 29; preliminary hearing: Oct. 16; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Case

-Matthew Jason Case, 51; possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine); arrested Sept. 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 29; preliminary hearing: Oct. 16; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Hannah

-Drake David Hannah, 23; possession of a controlled substance; arrested Sept. 29 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 30; preliminary hearing: Oct. 16; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Wright

-Duane Michael Wright, 35; fourth-degree fleeing police, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), and carrying a concealed weapon; arrested Sept. 29 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 30; preliminary hearing: Oct. 16; bail: $1,000/10 percent.

 

 

Misdemeanors

-Ariel Samantha Frey, 32; larceny between $200 to $1,000; arrested July 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 19; pretrial: Oct. 11; bail: personal recognizance.

-Serenity Ann Lewandowski, 18; two counts of assault and battery and malicious destruction of property between $200 to $1,000; arrested Aug. 24 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 19; plea and sentencing: Nov. 13; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Aaron Robert Patterson, 40; breaking and entering; arrested Sept. 25 by Ludington Police; arraigned Sept. 27; pretrial: Oct. 7; bail: $500 cash.

-Donald Glenn Fitch, Jr., 41; disorderly person disturbing the peace; arrested Sept. 29 by Ludington Police; arraigned Sept. 30; pretrial: Oct. 7; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Tyler Jacob Young, 29; domestic violence; arrested Sept. 30 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Oct. 1; pretrial: Oct. 28; bail: $250 cash.
