SCOTTVILLE — Mason County Central High School will hold its homecoming spirit week beginning Monday, Oct. 7.
The homecoming varsity football game will be held on Friday, Oct. 11 beginning at 7 p.m. against the Hesperia High School Panthers at Spartan Community Field. The homecoming queen and king will be crowned during half time of the football game.
Other highlights of spirit week that are open to the public include:
- Powder Puff Football Game, junior girls versus senior girls, Wednesday, Oct. 9 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Spartan Community Field. Entry is $1 per person (fundraiser for MCC High School student council).
- Farmers’ Day Tractor Parade, Thursday, Oct. 10 beginning at 2:45 p.m. The parade will begin at the high school, travel north on Reinberg Avenue, then east on Maple Street in front of Scottville Elementary, north of Loomis Street, west on Beryl Street, and travel in front of the middle school, then proceed south in front of the upper elementary and then return to the high school.
- Homecoming parade, Friday, Oct. 11, beginning at 5 p.m. The parade will start at the intersection of Main and First streets, north to Beryl Street then west to the football field.
