SAFE DELIVERY OF NEWBORN

TO: Birthparents of a female infant born on July 24, 2024, and surrendered pursuant to MCL 712.1 on July 24, 2024, to Corewell Health Ludington Hospital in Ludington, Michigan.

TAKE NOTICE: A hearing to accept the surrender/release and terminate parental rights has been scheduled for Thursday, September 19, 2024, at 3 p.m. before the Honorable Judge William Doherty, Judge with the Barry County Trial Court. The hearing will be held in person in the courtroom of Judge Doherty located on the 3^rd floor at 206 W. Court Street, Hastings, MI 49058. You will not receive personal service. Failure to attend the hearing will constitute a denial of interest in custody of the minor, a waiver of notice of all subsequent hearings, and YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS WILL BE TERMINATED.
