Felonies
Cooper
-Sebastian Aaron James Cooper, 19; first-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim under the age of 13), two counts of domestic violence, and assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested Aug. 17 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 19; preliminary hearing: Sept. 4; bail: $100,000 cash.
Viglietti
-Robert Louis Viglietti, 54; two counts of felony firearms, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and possession of a short-barreled shotgun or rifle; arrested Aug. 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 21; preliminary hearing: Sept. 11; bail: $10,000/10 percent.
Falls
-Tana Michael Falls, 46; uttering and publishing; arrested May 30 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 21; preliminary hearing: Sept. 11; bail: $10,000/10 percent.
Monroe
-David James Monroe, 61; two counts of possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine); arrested June 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 15; probable cause hearing: Sept. 4; bail: $10,000 cash.
Sutton
-Harold Lincoln Sutton, Jr., 44; stealing/retaining a financial transaction device without consent; arrested May 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 18; preliminary hearing: Sept. 4; bail: $500/10 percent.
Jones
-Jarred Lee Jones, 25, 25; assault with a dangerous weapon; arrested July 27 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 18; preliminary hearing: Sept. 4; bail: $1,000/10 percent.
Huber
-Jennifer Leigh Huber, 47; delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine); arrested March 15 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 20; preliminary hearing: Sept. 4; bail: $250/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Chaderick Michael Stefaniak, 46; fourth-degree child abuse, operating a vehicle with presence of a controlled substance, and failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested May 23 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Aug. 15; pretrial: Aug. 26; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Chelsey Marie Hendrickson, 34; domestic violence; arrested Aug. 10 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 15; pretrial: Aug. 26; bail: $250 cash.
-Sarah Rebekah Avalos, 35; domestic violence; arrested Aug. 3 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 15; pretrial: Aug. 26; bail: $250 cash.
-David Alexander Williams, 41; operating a commercial vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .04 or above; arrested Aug. 8; arraigned Aug. 15; pretrial: Aug. 26; bail: $250 cash.
-Jarrell Christopher Justin Bryant, 38; accident to fixtures; arrested June 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 15; pretrial: Aug. 26; bail: $250 cash.
-Jessica Michelle Jacobs, 22; third-degree retail fraud; arrested July 18 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 15; pretrial: Aug. 26; bail: personal recognizance.
-Shawn Ryan Boles, 43; trespassing; arrested Aug. 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 15; pretrial: Aug. 26; bail: $250 cash.
