Felonies
Walker
-Nesean Reynal Walker, 25; three counts of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine); arrested July 1 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Aug. 14; preliminary hearing: Sept. 4; bail: $250,000 cash.
Monroe
-David James Monroe, 61; delivery of a controlled substance causing death; arrested May 21 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 12; preliminary hearing: Aug. 28; bail: $100,000 cash.
Wilson
-Xzaevieon Leuntaeh Wilson, 25; two counts of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine); arrested July 1 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Aug. 14; preliminary hearing: Sept. 4; bail: $50,000 cash.
-David Alan Hawley, 69; child abusive commercial activity, accosting a child for immoral purposes, and two counts of using a computer to commit a crime; arrested Aug. 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 13; preliminary hearing: Aug. 28; bail: $10,000 cash.
Shaffer
-Ajia Raquel Shaffer, 44; malicious destruction of police property; arrested July 18 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 13; preliminary hearing: Aug. 28; bail: $10,000 cash.
Williamson
-Troy Albert Williamson, 55; two counts of assault/resisting obstructing police and trespassing; arrested Aug. 7 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 9; preliminary hearing: Aug. 28; bail: $10,000/10 percent.
Nead
-Austin Michael Nead, 28; three counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police and assault & battery; arrested Aug. 10 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 11; preliminary hearing: Aug. 28; bail: $10,000 cash.
Ariel Frey
-Ariel Samantha Frey, 32; kidnapping – custodial interference; arrested July 20 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Aug. 11; preliminary hearing: Aug. 28; bail: $250/10 percent.
Michael Frey
-Michael Kenneth Frey, 32; kidnapping – custodial interference; arrested July 20 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Aug. 11; preliminary hearing: Aug. 28; bail: $250/10 percent.
-Alexander Thomas Lara, 19; first-degree home invasion and two counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police; arrested Aug. 10 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 11; preliminary hearing: Aug. 28; bail: $750/10 percent.
Ruddy
-Damien Thomas Ruddy, 51; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested Aug. 12 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 13; preliminary hearing: Aug. 28; bail: $500/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Dakota James Ramirez, 25; domestic violence; arrested June 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 12; pretrial: Aug. 26; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Tina Ann Rose, 43; operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to stop at an accident; arrested Aug. 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 12; pretrial: Aug. 26; bail: $10,000/10 percent.
-Brant William Slade, 49; two counts of second-degree retail fraud; arrested July 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 13; pretrial: Aug. 26; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
