LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Sturtevant
-Johnathon Sturtevant, 21; aggravated child sexually abusive activity; arrested July 7 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 31; preliminary hearing: Aug. 21; bail: $50,000 cash.
Burrell
-Reenya Bilal-Clinton Burrell, 32; assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested July 20 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 25; preliminary hearing: Aug. 14; bail: $10,000/10 percent.
Zeller
-Timothy Charles Zeller, 41; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested June 19 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 25; preliminary hearing: Aug. 14; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Lyewski
-Andrew Leonard Lyewski, 32; assault with a dangerous weapon and carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent; arrested July 11 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 26; preliminary hearing: Aug. 14; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Carroll
-Steffanie Lynn Carroll, 37; assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and second-offense domestic violence; arrested July 24 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 25; preliminary hearing: Aug. 14; bail: $250/10 percent.
Agdanowski
-Keith Michael Agdanowski, 56; two counts of non-sufficient check $200 or more; arrested June 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 26; preliminary hearing: Aug. 28; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Fenner
-Bryan Scott Fenner, 33; third-degree fleeing a police officer; arrested July 26 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 28; preliminary hearing: Aug. 14; bail: $1,000/10 percent.
Talsma
-Thys Leroy Talsma, 57; second-offense domestic violence and three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested July 28 by Michigan State Police; arraigned July 29; preliminary hearing: Aug. 7; bail: $1,000/10 percent.
Lewandowski
-Stephen Tadeusz Lewandowski, 38; three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and driving while license suspended; arrested July 30 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 30; preliminary hearing: Aug. 14; bail: $750/10 percent.

-Aaron Christopher Ayers, 46; assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested July 29 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 30; preliminary hearing: Aug. 14; bail: $10,000/10 percent.

-Kim Bell, 62; using emergency telephone service for unauthorized use; arrested April 10, 2024 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 25; pretrial: Aug. 12; bail: $250 cash.
-Susan Dawn Rathburn, 69; domestic violence; arrested June 27 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 25; pretrial: Aug. 12; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Lucia Catrina Lopez, 25; assault and battery; arrested July 11 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 25; pretrial: Aug. 12; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Trevor James Coon, 30; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) and driving while license suspended; arrested July 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 25; pretrial: Aug. 26; bail: $250 cash.
-Lindsay Jean Castonia, 41; domestic violence; arrested July 24 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 25; plea and sentencing hearing: Aug. 8; bail: $500/10 percent.
-Caleb John Bowman, 41; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) and improper plates; arrested July 7 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 25; pretrial: Aug. 12; bail: personal recognizance.
-Seth Daniel Thompson, 22; reckless driving; arrested July 21 by Michigan State Police; arraigned July 25; pretrial: Aug. 5; bail: personal recognizance.
