Dear Editor,
I worked in the Mason County Drain Commissioner’s office for 27 1/2 years including holding the office of drain commissioner for over 18 years. During my time as drain commissioner, I worked with Larry Protasiewicz on projects in Mason County and interacted with him through the training sessions hosted by the Michigan Association of County Drain Commissioners.
