LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
-Jason Charles Gillette, 39, pleaded no contest on July 24 to assault and battery and malicious use of a telecommunications device and was sentenced to 39 days in jail and $250 in fines/costs.
-Terre Rashida Green, 28, pleaded guilty to truancy on July 24 and was sentenced to 90 days in jail (suspended sentence) and $350 in fines/costs. Two additional counts of truancy were dismissed in exchange for the guilty plea.
