Babysitting class being offered

LUDINGTON — A Safe Sitter babysitting class is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 13, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lakeshore Resource Network, 920 E. Tinkham Ave.

The class is being offered by Corewell Health and is designed to prepare children ages 10 to 15 to be safe when they are watching younger siblings or babysitting for others.

Lessons learned will include safety skills, childcare skills, CPR, first aid, rescue skills, life and business skills.

Cost is $25 per student with class size limited to 20 students.
