LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
-Michael Lee Terryn, 52; third-degree fleeing a police officer, transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle, and driving while license suspended; arrested July 6 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned July 8; preliminary hearing: July 24; bail: $100,000 cash.
-John Thomas Sayles, Jr., 21; tampering with evidence, two counts of felony firearm, and accessory after the fact to a felony; arrested Nov. 8, 2023 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 9; preliminary hearing: July 24; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
-Patrick William Spangler, 21; carrying a concealed weapon; arrested July 7 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 8; preliminary hearing: July 24; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
-Mathew Robert Thomas, 35; third-offense operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor; arrested July 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 5; preliminary hearing: July 24; bail: $750/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Tonya Marie Witman, 47; larceny between $200 – $1,000; arrested July 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 5; pretrial: July 22; bail: $250/10 percent.
-Daniel John Horowski, 41; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested July 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 5; pretrial: Aug. 12; bail: $250/10 percent.
-Daniel Lee Haynor, 57; second offense domestic violence; arrested July 6 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 8; pretrial: July 22; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Emily Joy Bee, 24; public intoxication; arrested July 7 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned July 8; pretrial: July 22; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
