The following recent law enforcement activity has been reported by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office:

Wednesday, July 3, 2024

6:26 a.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Chauvez Road west of Tuttle Road, Eden Township.

9:06 a.m.: Two vehicle crash, no injuries, northbound US 31 off ramp to eastbound US 10-31, Amber Township.

10:34 a.m.: Two vehicle hit and run crash, no injuries, Walmart, 4854 W. US 10, Pere Marquette Township.

11:52 a.m.: Larceny, US 10 and Nelson Road, Pere Marquette Township. Complainant reported the theft of several hundred dollars from a fireworks tent by two subjects who fled the scene.

12:35 p.m.: A 33-year-old Ludington man was remanded to the Mason County Jail after his bond was revoked by 79th District Court Judge John Middlebrook; 300 block of East Ludington Ave.

3:37 p.m.: A 62-year-old Ludington woman was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear in court warrant issued by Ludington Police Department. She was arrested following a traffic stop at US 10-31 and Gordon Road, Amber Township.

5:40 p.m.: One vehicle crash, no injuries, 4900 block of West Progressive Dr., Pere Marquette Township.

9:08 p.m.: One vehicle crash, no injuries, Cooper Creek Road, west of Manistee National Forest Road #5774, Grant Township.

11 p.m.: A 25-year-old Custer man was arrested for domestic violence in the 300 block of East Wilson Road, Custer Township.

11:39 p.m.: One vehicle crash, no injuries, Sunset Lane east of Bert Street, Summit Township.

Thursday, July 4, 2024

11:45 p.m.: Three vehicle crash, no injuries, Johnson Road east of Nelson Road, Pere Marquette Township.
