LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Lucht
-Dustin William Lucht, 22; child abusive commercial activity, two counts of using a computer to commit a crime, and accosting a child for immoral purposes; arrested April 16 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 21; preliminary hearing: July 10; bail: $50,000 cash.
Gardner
-Dwayne Gene Gardner, Jr., 20; second offense domestic violence, assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, malicious destruction of property, and larceny; arrested June 25 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned June 26; preliminary hearing: July 17; bail: $10,000/10 percent.
Vandeburg
-Isaiah Dominique Vandeburg, 18; unlawful use of a motor vehicle, breaking and entering, and trespassing; arrested May 4 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 24; preliminary hearing: July 10; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Hargain
-Melissa Lee Hargain, 42; larceny in a building and third offense habitual offender; arrested May 2 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 24; preliminary hearing: July 10; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Sluyter
-Shawn Roy Gert Sluyter, 50; third-offense domestic violence and second offense habitual offender; arrested June 20 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned June 21; preliminary hearing: July 10; bail: $250/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Joseph Alan Chubb, 38; operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .17 or more; arrested June 22 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned June 24; pretrial: July 29; bail: $500 cash.
