79th District Court sentencings, posted May 23, 2024

LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

-Dominic Joseph Garza, 39, pleaded guilty May 22 to operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was sentenced to 91 days in jail, $980 in fines/costs,  must complete alcohol highway safety education program, no drugs/alcohol without a valid prescription, must attend victim’s impact panel, and subject to random PBTs.

-Heather Lyn Harthun, 50, pleaded guilty May 22 to truancy and was ordered to pay $205 in fines/costs.

-Rachel Ann Hermann, 49, pleaded guilty May 22 to impaired driving and was sentenced to 93 days in jail, $790 in fines/costs, must complete alcohol highway safety education program, must not violate any laws, no drugs/alcohol without a valid prescription, subject to random PBTs, and must attend victim’s impact panel.

-Alexis Joanne Sandretto, 32, pleaded guilty May 22 to embezzlement by an agent or trustee less than $200 and was sentenced to pay $300 in fines/costs.

-Austin Robert Krieger, 23, pleaded guilty May 22 to public intoxication and was sentenced to 50 days in jail, subject to random PBTs and drug tests, no drugs/alcohol without a valid prescription, and $285 in fines/costs.
