Gregory Gerbers, born Aug. 28, 1974, who lived in Ludington, Michigan, died January 10, 2024. There is no personal representative of his estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against The Special Needs Trust for the Benefit of Gregory Gerbers, dated November 20, 2015, will be forever barred unless presented to Matthew Gerbers, Trustee, c/o Marshall & Bruce Law Firm, PC, within four (4) months after the date of publication at 13872 S.
