The Mason County District Library’s Preschool Story Time will change its schedule for summer beginning Tuesday, May 28 until Wednesday, Aug. 28. It will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the Ludington branch library and 10 a.m. on Fridays at the Scottville branch library.
The Ludington branch is located at 217 E. Ludington Avenue in Ludington and the Scottville branch is located at 204 E. State Street in Scottville.
Preschool Story Time has long been an important part of literacy at the Mason County District Library, fostering a love of learning among our youngest patrons.
“By switching days to include Tuesday, we aim to increase accessibility and engagement this summer, ensuring that more families benefit from this enriching program,” said Emily Garland, head of youth services.
“We’re excited to have Tuesday Story time again. Our goal is to make the library a welcoming and inclusive space for all members of our community, and this change is a step in that direction.”
All MCDL programs are free. Children under age 8 must be supervised by an adult.
