LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

-Michael Calgaro, 46, pleaded guilty May 15 to disorderly drunk person and was sentenced to 24 days in jail, must seek inpatient treatment program, must not violate any laws, no drugs/alcohol without a valid prescription, submit to random PBTs, and $125 in fines/costs.

-Rob Roger Smith, 31, pleaded guilty May 13 to operating without a license and was sentenced to 11 days in jail and $260 in fines/costs. A charge of driving while license expired was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

-Jesse Jacob Hill, 34, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault on May 15 and was sentenced to 365 days in jail. Charges of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and fourth offense habitual offender were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

-Daniel Lee Adams, 68, pleaded guilty May 15 to defrauding an innkeeper and was sentenced to 90 days in jail,  must not violate any laws, and $490 in fines/costs.

-Dylan Michael Malone, 32, pleaded guilty May 13 to stalking and was sentenced to 365 days in jail, must seek outpatient treatment, must not violate any laws, no drugs/alcohol/controlled substances, subject to random PBTs and drug tests, and $810 in fines/costs. A charge of malicious use of a telecommunications device was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

-Jeffrey Scott Peterson, 46, pleaded guilty May 14 to public intoxication and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and $285 in fines/costs.
