NextHome Realty Now opens in Ludington

LUDINGTON — NextHome Realty Now recently opened at 612 S. Washington Avenue, serving clients in Ludington, Pentwater, Silver Lake, Whiskey Creek, and throughout Mason, Oceana and Manistee counties.

The franchise is owned by husband-and-wife team Kevin and Carrie Rae Bishop. Kevin’s extensive background in sales and real estate investing became the foundation for his successful career as a realtor that began 2018. He obtained his brokerage license last summer. 

Kevin and Carrie Rae moved to Whiskey Creek in the winter of 2004. That spring, Kevin began the arduous journey of single-handedly building their own log home, an accomplishment of which they are both extremely proud. In 2006, Kevin began flipping homes in the Ludington area.  These life-changing experiences afforded Kevin the vast knowledge necessary to be an effective and skilled realtor able to properly determine property value and assess exactly what’s needed for good returns on investments. Combine that knowledge with Kevin’s longtime career in sales prior to 2004, and you have a real estate broker who is able to skillfully guide clients through the sales and purchases of their own properties.  

To date, Kevin and Carrie Rae have owned over 50 investment properties of their own, and Kevin has had over 115 successful real estate closings — all before taking their next big step in real estate.
