79th District Court arraignments, posted May 7, 2024

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Hansen

-Timothy Lee Hansen, 65; child abusive commercial activity, two counts of using a computer to commit a crime, and accosting children for immoral purposes; arrested April 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 25; preliminary hearing: May 15; bail: $100,000 cash.

Martin

-Tyler Ray Martin, 18; fourth degree fleeing a police officer in a vehicle and reckless driving; arrested April 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 28; preliminary hearing: May 15; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Horb

-Jason Bonham Horb, 29; assault/resisting/obstructing police and assault and battery; arrested April 27 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 28; preliminary hearing: May 15; bail: $500/10 percent.

Zeller

-Timothy Charles Zeller, 40; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), possession of a weapon by a felon, maintaining a drug house, and fourth-offense habitual offender; arrested Feb. 15 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 28; preliminary hearing: May 15; bail: $100/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Sadie Kayarolynn Bentley, 32; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested April 26 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 26; pretrial: June 10; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
