LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
-Thomas Dwight Fay, 35, pleaded no contest on May 1 to operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days in jail and $250 in fines/costs.
-Jasper Dale Gibson-Lovellette, 27, pleaded guilty on April 29 to possession of marijuana and was sentenced to pay $100 in fines/costs.
-Justyce Victoria Gillespie, 19, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of personal property and assault and battery on May 1 and was sentenced to 90 days in jail and $250 in fines/costs.
-Ethan Gregory Hendricks, 19, pleaded guilty on May 1 to operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor and was sentenced to 92 days in jail, $690 in fines/costs, must not violate any laws, cannot buy/have or use alcohol or controlled substance without a prescription, subject to random PBTs and drug tests, must attend victim’s impact panel, and must seek outpatient treatment.
-Richard Lee James, 53, pleaded guilty on May 1 to driving while license suspended and was sentenced to 22 days in jail, jail term to run concurrent with time imposed in a separate matter, $50 in fines/costs, no drugs/alcohol/controlled substances without a prescription, and subject to random PBTs and drug tests.
-Richard Lee James, 53, pleaded guilty on May 1 to second offense driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance and was sentenced to 22 days in jail, $465 in fines/costs, must not violate any laws, no drugs/alcohol/controlled substances without a prescription, and subject to random PBTs and drug tests.
-Lucinda Ann Bolda, 50, pleaded guilty on May 1 to third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to one day in jail and $125.86 in fines/costs/restitution.
