June Ann Maynard, 70, of Fountain, formerly of the Volney area, passed away on Monday April 15, 2024. June was born on September 27, 1953, in Fremont, the daughter of Leo M. Maynard and Katherine Louise (Gleason) Maynard. She graduated from Walkerville High School in 1971.

In her free time, June enjoyed various outdoor activities such as riding the side-by-side and the four-wheeler, camping, and having campfires. She cherished being out in warm weather and took pleasure in spoiling the animals on her son and daughter-in-law’s property.

June is survived by two sons, Shane (Stacie) Arnold and Tim (Jennifer) Arnold; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; seven siblings, Betty Hunt, Judy Mumper, Carl Maynard, Majorie Hill, Dallas (Darla) Maynard, Carol Purdy, and James (Sonja) Maynard.

June was preceded in death by her parents, Katherine Louise Maynard and Leo Morris Maynard.
