LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Perow

-Danielle Renae Perow, 36; delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (methamphetamine), delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine), and second offense habitual offender; arrested April 3 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 4; preliminary hearing: April 24; bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Gutierrez

-Natasha Anne Gutierrez, 40; possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine); arrested March 11 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 4; preliminary hearing: May 1; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Keith

-Stephanie Jo Keith, 37; third offense domestic violence, third-degree child abuse, and second offense habitual offender; arrested March 21 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned April 5; preliminary hearing: April 24; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Rees

-Thomas Leroy Rees, 35; assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and third offense habitual offender; arrested April 4 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 5; preliminary hearing: April 24; bail: $250/10 percent.

Campbell

-George Franklin Campbell, 33; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested April 4 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 5; preliminary hearing: April 24; bail: $250/10 percent.

McClure

-Daniel Lee McClure, 37; possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine); arrested March 20 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 8; preliminary hearing: April 24; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Bryant

-Douglas Harry Bryant, 55; trespassing; arrested April 3 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 5; probable cause hearing: April 15; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Clark

-Dustin Douglas Clark, 32; first-degree retail fraud and third offense habitual offender; arrested April 7 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 8; preliminary hearing: April 24; bail: $750/10 percent.

Shepherd

-Richard David Shepherd, 33; carrying a concealed weapon; arrested April 8 by Michigan State Police; arraigned April 9; preliminary hearing: April 24; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

-Brian Paul Anthony, 44; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested March 23 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 4; pretrial: May 13; bail: $250 cash.

-Sylvia Josephine Rodriguez, 36; domestic violence; arrested March 24 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 8; pretrial: April 22; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Timothy Munoz Ratliff, 31; domestic violence; arrested March 20 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 4; pretrial: April 22; bail: $250 cash.

-Jacob Caine Cornwall, 31; domestic violence; arrested March 30 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 4; pretrial: May 6; bail: $250 cash.

-Alejandro Esteban Mendez, 22; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested March 29 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 4; pretrial: May 6; bail: $250 cash.

-Leann Michelle Dahringer, 40; operating a vehicle while intoxicated and accident to fixtures; arrested March 29 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 4; pretrial: May 13; bail: $250 cash.

-Matthew Michael Swendrowski, 36; second offense domestic violence; arrested April 4 by Michigan State Police; arraigned April 4; pretrial: May 6; bail: $500/10 percent.

-Matthew Michael Swendrowksi, 36; failure to display a valid driver’s license; arrested Feb. 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 4; pretrial: May 6; bail: $250 cash.

-Clinton John Taylor, 34; second offense domestic violence; arrested April 7 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 8; pretrial: April 22; bail: $10,000/10 percent.

-Dustin Morgan Pickard, 25; failure to transfer vehicle title; arrested March 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 4; pretrial: April 15; bail: personal recognizance.

-Mackenzie Ann Harwood, 25; speeding 29 mph over the limit (84 mph in a 55 mph zone) and violation of an instructional driver’s permit; arrested March 7 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 4; pretrial: May 6; bail: personal recognizance.

-Sara Ann Brown, 32; improper license plates; arrested March 23 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned April 4; pretrial: April 15; bail: personal recognizance.

-Kim Renee Beardslee, 64; violation of a restricted driver’s license; arrested March 26 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned April 4; pretrial: April 15; bail: personal recognizance.
