LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
-Emily Elizabeth Edgington, 20; possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine) and third-degree retail fraud; arrested Jan. 17 by Michigan State Police; arraigned March 27; preliminary exam: April 24; bail: $10,000/10 percent.
-Tanya Renee Oleniczak, 48; uttering and publishing, using a computer to commit a crime, and second offense habitual offender; arrested March 21 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 25; preliminary hearing: April 10; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
Misdemeanors
-Mark Edmund Scheuer, 53; driving while license suspended and possession/transporting alcohol in a vehicle; arrested Dec. 31 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 21; pretrial: April 8; bail: personal recognizance.
-Jessica Ann Woodring, 30; third-degree retail fraud; arrested Dec. 27 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned March 21; pretrial: April 8; bail: $250 cash.
-Heather Lyn Harthun, 50, truancy; arrested Sept. 11, 2023, by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 27; pretrial: April 8; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Alexis Joanne Sandretto, 32; embezzlement by an agent or trustee less than $200; arrested Nov. 26, 2023, by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 21; pretrial: April 8; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Natasha Anne Gutierrez, 40; domestic violence; arrested March 11 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 21; pretrial: April 1; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Deven Lee Dykstra, 26; second offense driving while license suspended; arrested March 20 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 21; pretrial: April 8; bail: $250/10 percent.
-Thomas Michael Grimm, 33; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Feb. 10 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arranged March 21; pretrial: April 22; bail: personal recognizance.
-Jayson Lee Keson, 53; improper license plates and failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Feb. 18 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 21; pretrial: April 1; bail: personal recognizance.
-Cody Carlton Brazee, 34; second offense driving while license suspended; arrested March 10 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 21; pretrial: April 10; bail: personal recognizance.
-Lisa Hammond-Koskey, 68; allowing a dog to run loose; arrested March 8 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 21; pretrial: April 1; bail: personal recognizance.
-Rhonda Jean Peters, 57; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested March 13 by Michigan State Police; arraigned March 21; pretrial: April 1; bail: personal recognizance.
