Felonies
-Geoffrey Allen George, 40; using a computer to commit a crime and accosting a child for immoral purposes; arrested March 5 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 15; preliminary hearing: April 3; bail: $50,000 cash.
-Zachery Ryan Wicinski, 29; assault with a dangerous weapon and felony firearms; arrested March 15 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned March 17; preliminary hearing: April 3; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.
-Jeremy Lynn Wilson, 48; harboring a felon and third-offense habitual offender; arrested March 7 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 8; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance; case closed on March 21.
-Tina Ann Rose, 43; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine); arrested Nov. 12, 2023 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 17; preliminary hearing: April 3; bail: $500/10 percent.
-Hannah Karmen Wright, 31; possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine); arrested Jan. 9 by Michigan State Police; arraigned March 20; preliminary hearing: not set; bail: not set.
-Cody Robert Patterson, 25; possession of a controlled substance (analogues); arrested March 7 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 14; preliminary hearing: April 3; bail: not set.
-Ricky Lee Hendrickson, 55; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), bringing contraband into a jail, and third-offense habitual offender; arrested Jan. 13 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 20; preliminary hearing: April 10; bail: not set.

-Ashley Michelle-Ciji Hood, 40; two counts of truancy; arrested Sept. 8, 2023 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 14; pretrial: April 8; bail: personal recognizance.
-Rachel Ann Herman, 49; impaired driving; arrested Nov. 30, 2023 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 14; pretrial: April 8; bail: personal recognizance.
-Shauna Vally Souers, 44; truancy; arrested Sept. 22, 2023 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 14; pretrial: April 1; bail: $250 personal recognizance.
-Nathan Eugene Frase, 23; two counts of third-degree retail fraud; arrested Dec. 24, 2023 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 14; pretrial: April 8; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Corey James Horton, 28; second offense domestic violence; arrested March 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 14; pretrial: April 1; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Austin Robert Krieger, 23; public intoxication; arrested March 17 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 18; pretrial: April 8; bail: $2,500/10 percent.
-Thomas Henry Sanders, 66; two counts of operating a vehicle without a license; arrested Feb. 9 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office and Feb. 16 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 14; pretrial: March 25; bail: $250 cash.
-Kimberly Renee Hornacek, 67; failure to stop at an accident, failure to yield, and operating a vehicle without insurance; arrested Feb. 16 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned March 14; pretrial: April 1; bail: personal recognizance.
-James Robert Wicks, 57; operating a vehicle without insurance; arrested Feb. 22 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned March 14; pretrial: April 1; bail: personal recognizance.
