The following is recent police activity in Mason County:

Monday, Feb. 5, 2024:

• 7:45 p.m., (Ludington Police Department) a 30-year-old Ludington woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by Mason County’s 79th District Court, 500 block of North James Street, City of Ludington. She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
• 3:59 p.m., (LPD), a 33-year-old Ludington man was arrested for a probation violation and public intoxication, 900 block of East Ludington Avenue, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County jail.

Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2024:

• 9:04 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injury, Angling Road south of Beaune Road, Hamlin Township.
• 11:08 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Scottville Road north of Meisenheimer Road, Eden Township.
