The following is Mason County Sheriff’s Office activity Thursday, Jan. 25, 2024:
- 5:30 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Fountain Road west of Dennis Road, Victory Township.
- 7 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Sugar Grove Road west of Tuttle Road, Sherman Township.
- 8 a.m., two-vehicle crash, no injury, Jebavy Drive north of Johnson Road, Pere Marquette Township.
- 1:54 p.m., two-vehicle crash, no injury, Main Street north of State Street, City of Scottville.
- 1:54 p.m., car/dog crash, no injury, US 31 freeway north of the Meisenheimer Road overpass, Summit Township.
- 2:25 p.m., vehicle slide-off —no damage or injury, US 31 freeway near the Ludington rest area, Summit Township.
- 2:48 p.m., two-vehicle hit-and-run crash, no injury, 3900 block of West Chauvez Road, Pere Marquette Township.
- 3:29 p.m., damaged property, 100 block of South Stephen Avenue, Branch Township. The complainant reported a that person she knows damaged her home while she was out of town. The damage consisted of holes punched in walls and broken glass. The case remains under investigation.
- 5:27 p.m., gas drive-off, $70.00 in fuel stolen, Sunoco gas station, 6100 block of East US 10, Branch Township.
