Kleiss
– Robert Eugene Kleiss, 45, pleaded guilty Nov. 14, 2023 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Jan. 23, 2024 to 49 days in jail with credit for 49 days served and $458 in fines and costs.

Bussey
– Zachary Joseph Bussey, 26, pleaded “no contest” Nov. 14, 2023 to two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and received a delayed sentence Jan. 23, 2024 of two days in jail with credit for two days served; 11 months probation; and $526 in fines and costs. One count of disorderly person was dismissed. A delayed sentencing hearing is scheduled for Nov. 11, 2024.

Pratte
– Ryan Lee Pratte, 35, pleaded “no contest” Nov. 15, 2023 to two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Jan. 23, 2024 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 18 months probation; and $1,626 in fines and costs. Charges of third-degree fleeing police and fourth-degree fleeing police were dismissed.

Tyler
– Michael Eugene Tyler, 68, pleaded guilty Nov. 21, 2023 to two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Jan. 23, 2024 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; six months probation; and $876 in fines and costs. A third count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police was dismissed.

– Caleb John Bowman, 41, pleaded “no contest” Oct. 17, 2023 to two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Jan. 23, 2024 to 213 days in jail with credit for 213 days served; two years probation; and $526 in fines and costs. A third count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police was dismissed.
