51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted Jan. 18, 2024
LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
– Kyle Robert-Anthony Plasterer, 33, pleaded “no contest” Nov. 7, 2023 to fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct — victim 13-15 years old and was sentenced Jan. 16, 2024 to a concurrent term of 15 months to three years in prison and $198 in fines and costs, according to court records. Plasterer is incarcerated in the Parnall Correctional Facility serving a three to 30 year prison term for discharging a firearm toward a building, according to Michigan Department of Corrections records.
– Michael Allen Alexander, 30, pleaded guilty Nov. 14, 2023 to aggravated stalking and was sentenced Jan. 16, 2024 to one year in jail with credit for 115 days served; five years probation; $454 in restitution; and $598 in fines and costs. One count of malicious destruction of property valued between $200-$1,000 was dismissed. In a separate case, Alexander pleaded guilty Nov. 14, 2023 to a misdemeanor of stalking, and a felony charge of aggravated stalking was dismissed. He was sentenced Jan. 16, 2024 to 115 days in jail with credit for 115 days served and $525 in fines and costs. The convictions arise from two separate criminal cases involving two different female victims.
– Patrick Fay George, 35, pleaded guilty Nov. 7, 2023 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Jan. 16, 2024 to 19 months to 40 years in prison with credit for 145 days served and $198 in fines and costs. Misdemeanor charges of driving while license suspended, open intoxicants, operating an unregistered vehicle and driving without a license were dismissed.
– Darcie Lynne Adolphson, 37, pleaded guilty Nov. 7, 2023 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Jan. 16, 2024 to one year in jail with credit for 229 days served; five years probation; and $398 in fines and costs. Adolphson was also sentenced for probation violation Jan. 16, 2024 and was ordered to serve one year in jail with credit for 285 days served and five years probation. Her probation stems from a 2023 conviction of two counts of stealing/retaining a financial transaction device.
– Eddie Keith Rogers, 67, pleaded “no contest” Oct. 31, 2023 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Jan. 16, 2024 to one year in jail with credit for 297 days served; two years probation; and $398 in fines and costs.
– Brandon Lee Whitsell, 38, pleaded guilty Nov. 13, 2023 to failure to pay child support and was sentenced Jan. 16, 2024 to 104 days in jail with credit for 104 days served; two years probation; $4,272 in restitution; and $458 in fines and costs.
