State Park lantern-lit hike is Saturday

HAMLIN TOWNSHIP — The Friends of the Ludington State Park will host the first lantern-lit hike of 2024 on Saturday, Jan. 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Ludington State Park. The walk/hike route is a one-mile long lantern-lit loop. Hot chocolate and marshmallows are available at the amphitheater campfire, courtesy of FLSP. Hitchhiker Coffee will set up at the warming shelter parking lot throughout the afternoon into the evening and will be selling tea and coffee.

The hike is free, donations are accepted in the lighted buckets.
