51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted Jan. 3, 2024

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced this week in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Vance

– Jimmie Erwin Vance, 35, pleaded guilty Oct. 31, 2023 to third-offense domestic violence and was sentenced Jan. 2, 2024 to one year in jail with credit for 157 days served; three years probation; and $598 in fines and costs.

Grassman

– Morgan Renee Grassman, 26, pleaded guilty Oct. 17, 2023 to tampering with an electronic monitoring device (tether) and was sentenced Jan. 2, 2024 to nine months in jail with credit for 20 days served; three years probation; and $398 in fines and costs.
