LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Cooper

-Sebastian Aron Cooper, 18; assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested Dec. 15 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Dec. 17; probable cause hearing: Jan. 3; bail: $25,000 cash.

Horsley

-Mykel Dalton Horsley, 33; first-degree home invasion and assault & battery; arrested Dec. 16 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 17; probable cause hearing: Jan. 3; bail: $10,000 cash.

Hutchinson

-Randy Aaron Hutchinson, 53; possession of a controlled substance (analogues); arrested April 25 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Dec. 19; probable cause hearing: Jan. 3; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Fitzgerald

-Kevin Michael Fitzgerald, 36; three counts of failure to pay child support/leaving the state; arrested May 1, 2021 by the court; arraigned Dec. 19; probable cause hearing: Jan. 3; bail: $500 cash.

Misdemeanors

-Sandra Mae Wise, 52; domestic violence; arrested Dec. 17 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Dec. 18; pretrial: Jan. 22; bail: personal recognizance.

-Joseph Wade Conrad, 29; domestic violence; arrested Dec. 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Dec. 19; pretrial: Jan. 29; bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Daniel Lee Adams, 68; defrauding an innkeeper; arrested Sept. 27 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 14; pretrial: Jan. 29; bail: $250 cash.

-Alyssa Rae Price, 19; second-degree retail fraud; arrested Oct. 23 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Dec. 14; pretrial: Jan. 22; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Jacob Allen Ault, 20; obstructing/resisting/hindering/opposing a police officer and disorderly conduct; arrested Nov. 28 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Dec. 20; pretrial: Jan. 22; bail: personal recognizance.

-Vern Walter North, Jr., 25; disorderly conduct; arrested Nov. 28 by Scottville Police Department; arraigned Dec. 14; pretrial: Jan. 22; bail: personal recognizance.

-Travis Matthew McClellan, 44; failure to stop at the scene of an accident, driving while license suspended, and operating a vehicle without insurance; arrested Dec. 5 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Dec. 14; pretrial: Jan. 29; bail: personal recognizance.

-Michael William Howard, 46; improper license plates; arrested Sept. 21 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 14; pleaded guilty.

-Christine Anne Day, 31; littering on private property; arrested July 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Dec. 15; pretrial: Dec. 20; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
