51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted Dec. 1, 2023
LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Devehance Joqui Walker, 28, pleaded guilty Aug. 30, 2022 to delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams was re-sentenced Nov. 21, 2023 to
a consecutive term one to 20 years in prison. According to Michigan Department of Corrections records, Walker is serving prison terms at Kinross Correctional Facility in Chippewa County for six additional drug convictions and a weapons conviction.
KC Maccune, 34, pleaded guilty Oct. 17, 2023 to three counts of stealing/retaining a financial transaction device and was sentenced Nov. 28, 2023 to 16 days in jail with credit for 16 days served; two years probation; $317.28 in restitution; and $594 in fines and costs.
Eric Anthony Hernandez, 36, pleaded “no contest” Oct. 10, 2023 to fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct — victim 13-15 years old and received a delayed sentence Nov. 14, 2023 of one day in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $525 in fines and costs. A delayed sentencing hearing is scheduled for Feb. 13, 2024.
Dustin Lee Clemens, 35, was sentenced Nov. 21, 2023 to 60 days in jail with credit for 48 days served for a probation violation conviction. Probation stems from an April 12, 2022 conviction of methamphetamine possession.
