Public Notice: City of Ludington Winter Ordinances

CITY OF LUDINGTON RESIDENTS

PLEASE ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING CITY OF LUDINGTON CODES REGARDING WINTER SNOW REMOVAL:

Article I Sec. 46-3 SNOW DEPOSITS.  It shall be unlawful for any person by shoveling or other manual or mechanical operation to remove snow or cause snow to be removed from private property onto any public right-of-way in the city.

Article V Sec. 58-171 PARKING. No vehicle shall be parked in the customarily traveled portion of any street within the city between the hours of 3:00 am and 7:00 am during the months of November through April. A person who violates this section is responsible for a civil infraction.
