LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
-Robert James Lessard, 47; first-degree home invasion, assault and battery, and third offense habitual offender; arrested Nov. 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 17; probable cause hearing: Nov. 29; bail: $25,000 cash.
-Brent Ryan Wicklund, 41; possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine); arrested Aug. 18 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 22; probable cause hearing: Dec. 6; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
-Daniel Michael Fitch, 42; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy); arrested Sept. 3 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 22; probable cause hearing: Dec. 6; bail: $1,000/10 percent.
-Sergio Ramon Escamilla, 30; first-degree retail fraud; arrested March 28 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 17; probable cause hearing: Nov. 29; bail: $500/10 percent.

-Joseph James Beemer, 20; third-degree retail fraud; arrested Aug. 5 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 20; pretrial: Dec. 4; bail: personal recognizance.
-Hannah Jean Wheeler, 18; third-degree retail fraud; arrested Oct. 11 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 16; pretrial: Nov. 27; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Carly Rae Villanueva, 28; domestic violence; arrested Oct. 8 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 16; pretrial: Nov. 27; bail: $500 personal recognizance.
-Harley Michael Fisher, 27; two counts of fourth-degree child abuse; arrested Nov. 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 16; pretrial: Dec. 11; bail: $250 cash.
-Ethan Hunter Webb, 25; third-degree retail fraud; arrested Oct. 21 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 16; pretrial: Nov. 27; bail: personal recognizance.
-Thomas Lee England, 33; third-degree retail fraud; arrested Oct. 30 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 16; pretrial: Nov. 27; bail: personal recognizance.

-Rebecca Kay Shane, 44; domestic violence; arrested Nov. 21 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Nov. 22; pretrial: Dec. 4; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Trevor James Coon, 30; driving while license suspended; arrested Nov. 8 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 16; pretrial: Dec. 4; bail: personal recognizance.
-Jordan Lee Coughlan, 18; smoking use/possession of tobacco by a minor; arrested Oct. 29 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 16; pretrial: Nov. 27; bail: personal recognizance.
