Man faces 25-year mandatory minimum prison term for CSC

LUDINGTON — Bradley Curtis Drake, 27, faces a 25-year mandatory minimum prison term for a charge of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) — victim under age 13.
Drake, who is lodged in the Mason County Jail without bond, appeared in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court Tuesday, Nov. 28, for a final trial conference.
Mason County Prosecutor Lauren Kreinbrink said there is currently no plea offer on the table in Drake’s case.
The charge stems from a Jan. 1, 2021 incident, court records state.
The maximum term for a first-degree CSC conviction is life in prison.
