Man sentenced to prison for manufacturing meth
LUDINGTON — A 33-year-old man was sentenced to one year and one day to 20 years in prison in 51st Circuit Court Tuesday, Oct. 31, for a conviction of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine, according to court records.
Matthew Elliot Penrod received credit for six days served in jail and was ordered to pay $190 in fines and costs. He pleaded guilty Aug. 29.
One felony count of imitation manufacturing/distribution of a controlled substance was dismissed.
- Pamela Sue McCloskey, 59, was sentenced Tuesday to two years probation and $860 in fines and costs for misdemeanor convictions of domestic violence and
assault and battery, according to court records. One felony count of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder was dismissed. McCloskey pleaded guilty to the charges Aug. 29.
