LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
-Michael Allen Alexander, 30; aggravated stalking, malicious destruction of personal property, and third offense habitual offender; arrested July 1 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Sept. 25; probable cause hearing: Oct. 4; bail: $50,000 cash.
-Robert Wayne Johnson, 54; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested July 31 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 27; probable cause hearing: Oct. 4; bail: not posted.
-Donnie Ray Totten, III, 28; carrying a concealed weapon and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested July 31 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 27; probable cause hearing: Oct. 4; bail: not posted.
-Ronald Dale Gerhardstein, 37; third offense domestic violence, interfering with an electronic communications device, and third offense habitual offender; arrested June 2 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 21; probable cause hearing: Oct. 4; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
-Scott Samuel Ray MacArthur, 28; larceny from a motor vehicle and fourth offense habitual offender; arrested Sept. 12 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 26; probable cause hearing: Oct. 4; bail: $5,000/10 percent.
-Xzavier Allen Thompson, 19; possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine); arrested Sept. 26 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 27; probable cause hearing: Oct. 11; bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Melissa Ann Nelson, 65; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested July 22, 2022 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned September 21; pretrial: Oct. 9; bail: $500 cash.
-Ian Christopher Dykhuis, 21; two counts of assault and battery; arrested July 8 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned September 26; pretrial: Oct. 9; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Nathanial Scott Fenner, 19; aggravated assault; arrested Aug. 11 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned September 21; pretrial: Oct. 9; bail: $250 cash.
-Scott Samuel Ray MacArthur, 28; trespassing; arrested Sept. 1 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 26; pretrial: Oct. 4; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Taylor Austin Domingues, 26; operating with the presence of a controlled substance; arrested July 10 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 21; pretrial: Oct. 9; bail: $500 personal.
-Joshua Lewis Boyd Murrey, 18; disorderly drunk person and breaking and entering; arrested Sept. 24 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 25; pretrial: Oct. 9; bail: $2,500/10 percent.
-Jasmine Marie Lucas, 28; operating a vehicle while intoxicated and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle; arrested Sept. 17 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 21; pretrial: Oct. 23; bail: $250 cash.
-Justin David Argue, 36; second offense domestic violence; arrested Sept. 26 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 27; pretrial: Oct. 9; bail: $250/10 percent.
-Ariel Samantha Frey, 31; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Aug. 21 by Michigan State Police; arraigned Sept. 21; pretrial: Oct. 9; bail: personal recognizance.
-Taylor Ann Courland, 27; driving while license expired; arrested Sept. 12 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Sept. 21; pretrial: Oct. 9; bail: personal recognizance.
-Richard Dale Foote, 39; fishing with illegal gear (treble hook); arrested Sept. 1 by Department of Natural Resources; arraigned Sept. 21; pretrial: Oct. 9; bail: personal recognizance.
