Kyoung, or Sue, as most knew her, was born and lived in Japan for the first 14 years of her life. She and her family then moved to their home country of Korea. It was in Korea that Sue met the love of her life, Gary, while he was serving in the United States Army. After several years and two children, she moved to the United States with Gary and settled in Ludington. Sue made a loving home for her family in Ludington while making many friends in the community. Smart, strong, funny, and direct, Sue could light up a room with her smile and bring you to your knees with her sense of humor. She survived through 2 wars, was fluent in 3 languages, could grow anything she put her mind to, and her cooking put restaurants to shame. Sue made a positive impact on everyone she met and her absence with be deeply felt.
