Two-car crash causes minor injuries

AMBER TOWNSHIP — A 52-year-old Manistee man was treated for minor injuries at Corewell Health Ludington Hospital following a two-vehicle crash on US 10 west of Brye Road Wednesday, Aug. 23, shortly before 6:30 a.m., according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

Monday, Aug. 21, 2023:

• 3:12 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 31-year-old Manistee woman was cited for operating without insurance, US 10 near Darr Road, Custer Township.

Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2023:

• 6:35 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), alarm activation, Logan Township.
• 6:43 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Fountain Road east of Quarterline Road, Victory Township.
• 11:19 a.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Amber Township.
• ​7:12 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 22-year-old Ludington woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the 79th District Court for failure to appear, 100 block of West Filer Street​, City of Ludington. She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2023:

• 7:50 a.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, State Street west of Main Street, City of Scottville.
• 1:41 p.m., (MCSO), a 43-year-old Granger, Indiana man was cited for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop, Meyers Road north of US 10, Amber Township.
• 3:15 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Campbell Road south of Sippy Road, Logan Township.
• 6:31 p.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Amber Township.
• 10:24 p.m., (MCSO), a 28-year-old Scottville man was cited for operating without a license following a traffic stop, US 10 and Stiles Road, Amber Township.
• 11:17 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Custer Road north of Hoague Road, Free Soil Township.
